An essential goal is the result of their work; their organisation, discipline and the technics used to set it. However, this is subordinate to the preceding goal.
What is an Employment Special Center?
According to the article no.42. of the Spanish Law for Integration of disabled people, the Employment Special Centers are those whose main goal is to develop a productive work, while participating regularly in market operations. They must also assure a rewarded employment and, at the same time it should be a mean of integration for the biggest number of disabled to the normal work market.
